Giorgio Ramondetta has become a rising force in the fashion industry, evolving from his breakthrough with Yummy to fronting major campaigns for brands like Armani, Dsquared2, and Ron Dorff. In this exclusive interview, he reflects on his journey, the significance of returning to Yummy for the 2025 Calendar, and his ever-growing ambitions. From his passion for self-expression and natural confidence in front of the camera to his ventures into skincare and dentistry, Giorgio continues to push boundaries while staying true to himself.

GIORGIO RAMONDETTA. It was an incredibly special moment for me! Yummy played a huge role in my career, giving me amazing visibility and allowing me to express myself freely. Returning in such a powerful way, alongside Sasha, felt like everything had come full circle. Sasha is not only a brilliant photographer but also a great friend, and our bond made this shoot even more meaningful. His vision always brings out the best in me, and I feel honoured to be part of this project.
AGE. It’s funny because the shoot took place at the same location—this gorgeous palace in Lisbon—where you first worked with Sasha. It feels like everything has come full circle. Did you feel comfortable being naked in those grand rooms and long hallways?
GR. Absolutely! I’ve always felt at ease in my own skin, and when I work with someone I truly trust—like Sasha—it makes the experience even more natural. Being naked isn’t just about vulnerability; it’s about freedom, confidence, and authenticity. Shooting in that stunning palace again brought back great memories, but at the same time, it felt like the beginning of a new chapter. There was an incredible energy in the air, and I think that’s reflected in the images.
AGE. I don’t think I ever asked you Yummy’s signature question: What does the word “Yummy” mean to you?
GR. To me, Yummy represents something that excites the senses—something visually and emotionally appealing. It’s not just about beauty; it’s about a feeling of attraction, confidence, and energy. Yummy embodies individuality, self-expression, and the ability to embrace who you are unapologetically.
AGE. Outside of the shoots you do with Sasha, do you usually visit places where you feel comfortable being naked, like nude beaches or remote natural landscapes?
GR. Yes! I love spending time in nature, and I feel most connected to myself when I’m in remote places, especially near the ocean. There’s something incredibly freeing about being in untouched landscapes, feeling the sun and wind on your skin. It’s a way to reconnect with nature and with myself.
AGE. I believe the calendar shoot and your appearance in Sasha’s debut book Beach Boys caught the attention of Ron Dorff, leading to you being invited as the face of their latest campaign. That must feel incredibly rewarding, especially after booking Armani and Dsquared2 following your debut in Yummy. How does it feel to achieve another milestone in the fashion industry?
GR. It’s an absolute honour! Every milestone in my career is a testament to the people who believed in me from the start. Working with brands like Dsquared2, Armani, and now Ron Dorff is incredibly rewarding. I feel proud of what I’ve achieved, but even more than that, I feel grateful for the opportunities that have come my way. Fashion is about more than just wearing clothes—it’s about telling a story, and I’m excited to keep writing mine.
AGE. Is there a fashion brand you’ve enjoyed working with the most so far? Why?
GR. I’ve loved working with many brands, but Dsquared2 holds a special place in my heart. Dean and Dan are not only amazing designers but also incredible people. Their energy, creativity, and humour make every project fun and inspiring. There’s a sense of family when working with them, which makes the experience even more meaningful.
AGE. And is there a fashion brand or project you dream of collaborating with in the future? What would be your ultimate goal?
GR. One of my biggest dreams is to walk in an Armani runway show. I’ve worked with them before, but I would love to do even more with the brand. Giorgio Armani is a fashion legend, and I deeply respect his vision and timeless elegance. I’m always striving to grow, and I hope to continue pushing my career to new heights.
GR. Acting is still something I’m passionate about, but right now, my focus is on my modelling career and other projects. I believe every experience contributes to my growth, and who knows what the future holds? I’m always open to new opportunities.
AGE. Recently, you launched a skincare brand—another dream of yours that we talked about last time. Could you share the process of making it a reality and how it’s been received so far?
GR. Launching my skincare brand was a challenge, but also one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. I wanted to create something that truly delivers results—something people can trust. Seeing the positive feedback and knowing that my products are helping others feel good about themselves is incredibly rewarding. There’s still so much to do, and I’m excited about what’s coming next!
GR. High-performance, clean, and effective. My brand is all about real results—skincare that works, without unnecessary chemicals. And yes, I’m already working on expanding the product line. Stay tuned!
GR. In five months, I will officially be a dentist, which is a huge achievement for me! My goal is to invest in my career and eventually work in the U.S., which will require additional training through dental school. It’s a demanding path, but I know it will be worth it in the long run.
AGE. Your physique has improved remarkably since the last time we spoke. I’ve noticed you’ve completely changed your diet and exercise routine. Could you explain your new diet and how your workouts complement it?
GR. I’ve completely transformed my diet, focusing on pure protein sources and unprocessed foods. This has given me more energy, strength, and mental clarity. My workouts are structured around this new approach, and I go into detail about it in my program, Alpha Training, where I share my fitness journey, nutrition tips, and training methods.
AGE. You’re originally from Sicily, a stunning place, but your father is Indonesian, and you’re currently building a villa in Bali with him. Can you tell us a bit about your family’s story and how this project came to life?
GR. My father is Indonesian, and even though I grew up in Sicily, I’ve always felt connected to that part of my heritage. The first time I visited Bali three years ago, I was deeply moved by its beauty and energy. It’s a magical and mysterious place that sparked my creativity. When the opportunity arose to buy land there, I didn’t hesitate. Now, I’m working on building my dream villa, and I can’t wait to see it finished! Anyone who wants to visit will always be welcome.

GR. "Don’t do it, it’s too risky."

GR. The USA.
Final Reflections
AGE. What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned on your own, and why?
GR. Success and glory are often temporary, while obscurity is permanent if you don’t leave a lasting legacy. This has taught me to focus on building something meaningful rather than chasing fleeting recognition.
AGE. Do you still journal or record videos for your future self? If so, what do you usually write or talk about?
GR. Yes, I do! I love to vlog all my special moments, no matter what’s happening. If it’s important to me, I want to document it.
AGE. When have you felt the most challenged, and how did you overcome it?
GR. One of my biggest challenges was when I started the clinical part of my dental studies and realized I wouldn’t be able to travel for the next two years. In the end, I found a solution by creating more business opportunities instead of relying solely on physical jobs.
AGE. What’s your proudest moment in life?
GR. There’s some big news I can’t share just yet!
AGE. What’s the best advice you can give to a young man who looks up to you and aspires to be like you?
GR. Be on time, be consistent, train every day, love your family, and forget about money. If you get those things right, success will follow.
